Our staff makes sure every customer is quickly taken care of, whether an emergency or just placing an appointment. We intentionally do not have voice mail. Our phones are internally handled, Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm, so we know when our clients need help & to ensure their issues are handled promptly.
For emergency calls during office hours, we immediately assign an IT Support Engineer to remotely look at the problem.
If it can't be resolved remotely, we have a guaranteed 2 hour onsite response to resolve the problem. Keeping our clients up and running, smoothly and without interruption, is our highest priority.
