  • 24/7 Proactive Monitoring & Support
    Our 24/7 monitoring costs only $25/server/month.  The only time there is an additional charge is if our monitoring solution detects a problem.  But you are always informed, beforehand, that there is a problem prior to the work being done.  It's part of our "No Surprise Invoice" policy.

  • We Are Not a Subscription-based Business
    We work on a Time & Materials basis, for large projects we provide fixed price quotes.  Our clients are only billed if we are working on your account, and the majority of our work is requested by our clients.  We do not add a surcharge for off-hours labor.  Your rate stays the same no matter what time of day work is performed.  Our model costs, on average, 20 to 30% less than subscription-based managed services models - just one of the reasons our clients remain for years.

  • Our clients always own & maintain control over their systems & data.
    We do not host any of your servers, backups, email...Your company either owns your hardware & software, or your company contracts with a reputable 3rd party based on our recommendations.  We are a full-service IT company - we support on-premise & Cloud solutions.

  • Server Solutions
    We provide 5 year server solutions, hardware & software, for our clients.  At the end of the five year period, we provide our clients budgetary numbers so they can prepare for the hardware & software upgrade.  We do not waste our clients' money maintaining aging equipment.

    Every client has a robust backup solution, onsite & remote, to make sure their data is safe, secure & recoverable.  Our hardware & software backup solutions are scaled for our clients' size & requirements such as Compliance issues.  Our office, free of charge, makes sure that a successful backup is completed daily.  It's just part of our service.

  • Disaster Recovery Solutions
    inSync has provided our clients with some fairly inexpensive disaster recovery solutions in the Cloud, such as AWS.  We like our clients to have the option of a DR or Business Continuity Solution so, if disaster strikes, they are prepared.

  • Quarterly "State of the Union" Meetings for C-level Execs
    We report on the current state of your IT infrastructure, recommended hardware & software upgrades that may be required, as well as projected costs associated with the upgrade.  We explore business problems that may be solved with technology, and discuss additional ways to cut unnecessary repetitive costs to decrease your annual IT overhead.

  • Every client is assigned an elite senior engineer.
    Our engineers are carefully selected & the backbone of our business.  They are experienced, trusted, educated and very easy to work with.  And because we still believe this is a relationship business, assigning an engineer who becomes familiar with your infrastructure & gets to know your employees, is key to our business.

  • Our services are performed onsite 90% of the time.
    We believe there is value in providing onsite service.  Nikki, the Manager of Operations, is always available to set an appointment.  All you have to do is call us!  Our clients appreciate the onsite service which helps us to understand, first-hand, the problems users are experiencing.

  • Emergency support is available remotely within minutes. 
    If the problem can't be remedied remotely within a reasonable time span, we guarantee a two hour response for an engineer to be onsite - at your business.  That being said, we have very few emergencies every year.  We keep your systems current, secure, protected, monitored, backed up, replicated, & with a lot of redundancy.
