For every client, at least one lead senior engineer is assigned to act as your IT manager & becomes the expert on your IT systems & infrastructure. For more enterprise clients, 2 or more engineers are assigned. Our engineers proactively manage, maintain and document our clients' IT infrastructures, quickly resolving technical issues that may arise.
We have a clearly stated policy which states if an engineer receives 3 client complaints, they're out. It's a strong statement but we have great relationships with all of our clients &, if they complain, we listen because our clients are normally happy with all of our engineers.
