24/7 server monitoring for only $25/Server/Month. Proactive monitoring without high monthly fees. The only occasion there is an additional charge, is if there is an adverse event that requires action. And we always inform our clients, beforehand, that we are going to be working on their systems. On a side note, these events are very rare. We make sure our clients systems are healthy, up-to-date & backed up, onsite & remotely.
We are not a subscription-based business. We charge Time & Materials IT Support. What that means is quite simple: If we are working on your systems, that work is invoiced. But if we are not working on your systems, there is no invoice. We work hard to make sure your systems are secure, protected, & stable so labor costs are kept at a minimum.
Our clients are always informed, ahead of time, if IT support is required - which is part of our "no surprises" policy for our clients. For major upgrades, we provide "do not exceed" labor estimates which fixes the maximum amount of money required for the upgrade.
We provide 24/7 emergency support. For emergencies, we guarantee remote support within minutes, onsite support within 2 hours. For non-emergency support, our clients' either submit a ticket for support or call our office.
Our clients invest in new technology approximately every five years. And we use your old equipment to replicate your new server, avoiding the single point of failure. Replacing aging equipment minimizes labor costs which, in our opinion, is a waste of money.
Our model costs, on average, 20 to 30% less annually than the traditional "managed services" model.
The majority of our IT support is onsite. We believe there is value in resolving issues quickly, building relationships with our clients, & understanding the issues users are having first-hand.

inSync offers affordable desktop support with fixed price versus time & materials options. No long-term contracts & we only require 7 days notice to increase or decrease our level of support. Our desktop support is onsite to immediately help employees so disruptions are kept to a minimum, & productivity is quickly restored. We also offer remote support for emergencies.
We have an internal ticketing system, or we can use your system, the options is yours. To keep costs to a minimum, some clients have a gatekeeper so that remote support is used for emergencies only, knowing that onsite support is scheduled.
Our Engineers: We do not hire desktop engineers. We hire Junior Network Engineers, experienced with desktops, servers, firewalls, networking...The reason: desktop engineers take twice as long to solve problems because of lack of experience. And our clients are not happy with slow problem resolution.
