Do we have great engineers that successfully maintain our clients' IT environments?
Your business will have a seasoned senior consultant dedicated to your account, who is responsible for keeping your IT environment current & secure, & who resolves any problem(s) that comes up. For difficult technical issues, our engineer collaborate to resolve the issues. You have a company behind your business and, if you're not happy with the consultant assigned, you can easily switch to another.
Do we keep our promises?
We stand behind our promises at all time. On budget. On Time. Period.
Are our billing practices honest & fair?
You are always notified if we are billing on a project. There are no surprise invoices. For large projects, such as upgrades,
we estimate the maximum amount of hours but, if it takes less time, we bill the lesser amount. And we help budget & plan for large expenditures. We sell five year solutions - we do not lease solutions.
Are we there when you need us most?
We always have someone answering our phones during business hours who can immediately put into action a plan to resolve a problem. Our emergency response time is within minutes remotely, within 2 hours onsite if it can't be resolved remotely. On weekends, our engineers are on call. No calling service. But, if we're doing a job right, there are very few emergencies. That's why our clients remain for years and years.
Are we maintaining your environment cost-effectively?
We always make sure that all IT expenses are kept to a minimum, especially repetitive overhead. We look carefully at the 5 year cost versus benefit of any solution we provide our clients. Our server upgrades are 5 year solutions, and we carefully look at your environment to make sure that it is robust & stable, and whether backup drives, software...should be replaced as well.
Are we easy to work with?
When hiring any new employee, besides being an extremely good IT support engineer, we always look for people that are easy to work with and that can also communicate well. Life is too short to work with people that, at a minimum, are not pleasant.
What if you want to leave inSync?
You always have control over all of your systems & applications including passwords, websites, email, disaster recovery solutions...
In the end, if you want to leave our services, part of our job is to make that transition as easy & painless as possible. It's for these reasons and more, that our clients remain for years.
